This smartDESIGN project was the build-out of a 3,000 s.f. Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant in a former pizza eatery. We developed the design and construction drawings for the façade renovations and the complete alteration of the interior including a complete new kitchen, dining area, updated toilet rooms, and a second floor office.
